親愛的市民朋友您好：

  • 為配合本局搬遷及修建作業，原外事服務中心（板橋區府中路32號）訂於115年11月9日(週一)停止受理民眾申請及領取警察刑事紀錄證明，屆時將通知申請人異地領件，或協助郵寄到府。
  • 新外事服務中心（三重區安芯路1號1樓，搭捷運中和新蘆線先嗇宮站3號出口步行1分鐘）提前於115年11月6日(週五)起開始運作，受理時間為平日8時30分至17時，週三延長至20時。
  • 自115年7月21日起，民眾可透過個人化資料自主運用（MyData）平臺完成線上身分驗證後，網路申請警察刑事紀錄證明，並選擇「臨櫃領件」或「郵寄領件」，或就近向本局所屬各分局申請。如您有任何疑問，請電洽本局(02-80725454轉分機4095、4096)。

 

Dear Citizens,

  • In order to accommodate the relocation and renovation of our Department, the original Foreign Affairs Service Center (No. 32, Fuzhong Road, Banqiao District) will stop accepting applications and issuing Police Criminal Record Certificates on November 9, 2026 (Monday). We will contact applicants to collect their certificates at an alternative location or mail their certificates to them.
  • The new Foreign Affairs Service Center (1st Floor, No. 1, Anxin Road, Sanchong District, approximately a 1-minute walk from Exit 3 of Xianse Temple MRT Station on the Zhonghe–Xinlu Line) will begin providing services, starting November 6, 2026 (Friday). Service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with extended service hours until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.
  • Since July 21, 2026, applicants can apply online for a Police Criminal Record Certificate through the MyData Platform after verifying their identity. You can choose to have the certificate mailed to you or pick it up in person. Alternatively, you may apply in person at the nearest Precinct.
